IPA Kegged

This IPA was the one that I brewed with a friend, and it was kegged today (yes, same day as the Pilsner below).

This marks a milestone for my little brewery, in that I actually have all 4 taps on my fridge filled at the same time! My wife wonders if this is really a good thing…

The FG on this brew was 1.013, which pegs this brew at 6.7% ABV. The hydrometer sample tasted very good, with the bitterness being more understated than I thought it’d be, and the malt more assertive.

Over all, I think the flavor of this beer is closer to an English IPA, more than an American version, and quite good. I look forward to tasting it properly chilled and carbonated!
