The pilsner that I started a while back has finally been kegged today. Took me long enough! There was a lot that was going on at the time this was kegged, but I’ll address that in another post.

The Pilsner was kegged today straight from secondary. The yeast had flocculated quite sturdily on the bottom of the carboy, and didn’t swirl up at all as I racked.
The FG was 1.006.
The hydrometer sample tasted pretty good. There was a slight sour note, but it was so subtle that it could just be me and not the beer. The bitterness seemed right on, and I could still taste the malt under it. I have great hopes for this beer once it is carbonated properly.
