The sky is falling.

I ran across an interesting article about several fireballs that were seen in Colorado. One was spotted on Sunday evening, and the other almost exactly 24 hours later on Monday evening. They were travelling in (apparently) different directions, and had different compositions.

After doing a little bit of searching on fireballs, I couldn’t help but discover that there’s an awful lot of them at the moment.

There’s the meteorite that struck northern Russia, the one that wowed New Zealand, and the one that surprised southern Wales (bottom of page).

All of this within the last couple of days. Weird huh?
